  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • sliced tomatoes - 2 item
  • shredded Cheddar - 1 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until brown. Drain. Put in pie plate. Beat milk. Mix eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Continue baking until knife in center comes out clean (5 to 8 minutes). Remove and let cool.
