  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 25 minutes; top with tomatoes and cheese.
