Impossible cheeseburger pie

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 3 item
• milk
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• Bisquick - 3/4 c
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• chopped onion - 1 c
• ground beef - 1 lb
• tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
• shredded cheese Cheddar or American - 1 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle top of pie with 1 cup cheese. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. You can also top pie with sliced tomatoes before you sprinkle the cheese on. Then follow directions the same.
