  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped onion
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/4 tsp
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c

How to make cheeseburger pot pie:

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 10-inch deep pie pan. Brown beef, onion, salt, pepper and seasoned salt. Drain and spread in pie pan. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth and pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes and Cheddar cheese and bake 5 to 7 minutes longer. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
