Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • tomatoes, diced - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c

How to make cheeseburger pie:

Preheat oven to 400°. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain and place in greased pie dish. Mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Pour over beef and onion mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and top with tomatoes and cheese. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 10 minutes.
