Cheeseburger pie
Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated American cheese - 4 oz
- baked pie shell - 1 item
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Saut?© onion in a little oil. Add ground beef, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until beef is browned. Drain fat. Put meat in large mixing bowl. Add milk, catsup, bread crumbs and 3/4 of the cheese. Mix and put in baked pie shell. Mix Worcestershire sauce with remaining cheese and spread on top. Cook 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Vegetables, Beef.
