Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chicken broth - 4 c
- sliced mushrooms - 2 c
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- American or Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese soup:
