Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 3/4 c
- 8 oz - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- beer - 2/3 c
- dash of ground pepper - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
Cook carrots and onions in butter until tender. Add flour and blend in smoothly. Stir in milk and beer. Cook, stirring over medium heat until liquid comes to boiling and is thickened.
