Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated cheese - 3/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 1 c

How to make cheese sauce:

Mix all ingredients together and heat just until cheese melts. Do not boil. Serve over cauliflower or broccoli. Makes enough for 1 bunch. Makes approximately 6 servings.
