Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
How to make cheese sauce:
Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly until it bubbles. Stir in milk; keep stirring until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese until melted. Makes 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Savory sauces.
