- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- butter crumbs for topping - 1 item
How to make cheese potatoes:
Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 9 x 15-inch greased baking dish. Top with buttered cracker or bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
