Cheese potato casserole

- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 1/4
- large eggs - 2 item
- 8 oz - 2 c
- sliced cooked potatoes 2 1/2 lb - 6 c
How to make cheese potato casserole:
Layer half the potatoes and half the cheese in shallow buttered 2 quart casserole. Repeat layers. In a bowl lightly beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and nutmeg. Pour egg mixture over potatoes and cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
