Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped green onion tops - 1/4 c
- jalapeno pepper, finely chopped - 1 item
- jalapeno Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
How to make cheese log:
Soften the two cheeses at room temperature. Mix and pat 1/4-inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet. Soften the cream cheese. Add vegetables and seasonings. Spread over Velveeta cheese mixture.
