Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped green onion tops - 1/4 c
  • jalapeno pepper, finely chopped - 1 item
  • jalapeno Velveeta cheese - 1 lb

How to make cheese log:

Soften the two cheeses at room temperature. Mix and pat 1/4-inch thick on foil lined cookie sheet. Soften the cream cheese. Add vegetables and seasonings. Spread over Velveeta cheese mixture. Roll into jelly roll log. Use foil to roll. Makes 2. Freezes well.
