Cheese crisps
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese mild or sharp - 2 c
How to make cheese crisps:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pinch off pieces of dough; roll into a ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, until golden brown and slightly dry. Do not substitute butter for margarine, as the consistency will change.
