  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:1 lb. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla Topping:1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 pt. sour cream Mix the first 3 ingredients for crust. Press on bottom and up sides as much as possible of a spring-form pan.

Beat next 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour filling over crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

Mix last 3 ingredients and put on top. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Serve chilled.
