  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • hot water - 1 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • lemon juice and rind - 1 item
  • Philadelphia cream cheese large - 1 pkg

How to make cheese cake:

Combine lemon Jell-O and hot water; mix constantly until syrupy. Whip 3/4 of a large can Pet milk (cold); add juice of lemon, little at a time. Milk will become very stiff; fold into Jell-O mixture. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; add to Jell-O mixture. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Pat some crumbs on top and chill.
