- pkg - 2 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can Eagle Brand condensed milk - 1 oz
- ReaLemon juice - 1/4 c
- graham cracker Ready-Crust - 1 item
How to make cheesecake:
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 50 to 55 minutes; cool. Spread sour cream on top; chill.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
