- cream cheese - 1 (8
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- whipping cream - 1 pt
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon Jell-O
How to make pineapple cheese cake:
In one bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. In another bowl mix lemon Jell-O and water. In another very large bowl mix whipping cream until fluffy. Put first mixture in with whipping cream. Mix together. Then add Jell-O then pineapple. Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Makes 3 pies.
