- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- melted butter - 1/4 lb
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
How to make new york cheesecake:
Cream the two cheeses. Add sugar gradually. Add yolks; beat well. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add butter; mix until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into buttered 10-inch spring-forRecipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
