Sour cream cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter, cooled - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can fruit topping Comstock pie filling - 1 item
How to make sour cream cheese cake:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Gradually add eggs (one at a time). Add flour and cornstarch; mix well. Add butter. Fold in vanilla and sour cream.Pour into ungreased 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° on middle rack of oven for one hour. Shut off oven and leave cake in oven for 2 hours. Cool. Add fruit topping.
