Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 3 oz
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water
- powdered sugar - 4 Tbsp
- graham crackers - 16 item
- diced peaches - 4 c
- cube melted margarine - 1 item
How to make peach cheesecake:
Boil water, cornstarch and sugar until thick. Add jello powder; stir and chill. Add peaches to mixture. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, press crust (crushed graham crackers and margarine) to bottom. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Pour peach mixture over creamed mixture.
