Marbled cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- unsweetened baking chocolate - 2 sq
- vanilla wafer crumbs 60 wafers - 2 c
How to make marbled cheesecake bars:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.Pour half of the batter evenly over prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter. Spoon over vanilla batter. With a table knife, gently swirl through batter to marble. Bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
