  • cream cheese - 2 (8
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • can evaporated milk, well chilled - 1 item
  • large or 2 small lemon jello - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Jell in freezer quickly. Whip can of milk and add to jello. Add vanilla while whipping; set aside. Whip sugar and cream cheese together. Whip with other mixture and put in graham cracker crust.
