  • milk
  • cans cherry pie filling - 2 item
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • Dream Whip or Cool Whip - 1 pkg
  • angel food cake - 1 item

How to make cherry dessert:

Break cake into small pieces; place half in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread pie filling over the pieces of cake, saving some cherries for garnish. Put remaining cake over filling. Beat the pudding mix and milk. Add the whipped topping; mix until smooth and blended. Spread over cake; garnish with the saved cherries from the filling. Refrigerate. Better if made the day before served. May use other fruit.
