Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese room temperature - 1 lb
- can crushed pineapple or 1/2 jar pie filling your favorite - 1 item
How to make cheesecake:
Topping:1 pt. sour cream6 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Beat everything, except the fruit, together until smooth. Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2 1/2-inch deep glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes. Drain the can of pineapple; spread over top of cheesecake, or spread 1/2 jar of favorite pie filling on cake.Topping: Blend ingredients together; spread over fruit. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cool for 1/2 hour, then refrigerate.
