Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 3 oz
• sour cream
• melted butter - 1/4 c
• crushed graham crackers

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:1 c. sugar4 eggs3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)1 tsp. vanilla Topping:1 pt. sour cream2 1/2 tsp. vanilla2 Tbsp. sugar Crust. Mix melted butter and crackers. Press on bottom of pan and bake 10 minutes at 350°.

Filling: Beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour over crust and bake 40 minutes until firm in the middle.

Topping: Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Pour over top of cake and bake 10 minutes more. Put directly in refrigerator. Leave until ready to remove and cut (12 hours).
