Lemonade cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- water
- powdered sugar
- cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
- Grease and flour tube pan
- can frozen lemonade thawed - 6 oz
- lemon juice fresh or bottled - 1 Tbsp
- box white cake mix I use Duncan Hines - 1 item
How to make lemonade cheesecake:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour tube pan. Combine ingredients and beat at low speed until moist. Beat at highest speed 4 minutes. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Remove. Pour glaze over cake.Glaze:2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled)1 1/2 c. powdered sugar approximately 1 tsp. water Melt butter. Add lemon juice and powdered sugar.
