Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • water
  • powdered sugar
  • cream cheese, softened - 3 oz
  • Grease and flour tube pan
  • can frozen lemonade thawed - 6 oz
  • lemon juice fresh or bottled - 1 Tbsp
  • box white cake mix I use Duncan Hines - 1 item

How to make lemonade cheesecake:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour tube pan. Combine ingredients and beat at low speed until moist. Beat at highest speed 4 minutes. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Remove. Pour glaze over cake.Glaze:2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh or bottled)1 1/2 c. powdered sugar approximately 1 tsp. water Melt butter. Add lemon juice and powdered sugar. Stir and add just enough water to make it thin enough to pour over cake.
