  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 4 5
  • heavy cream - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • crushed graham crackers

How to make cheesecake:

Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. sugar4 eggs1 pt. sour cream2 Tbsp. flour2 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice1 c. heavy cream Preheat oven to 325°. Lightly grease bottom and sides of spring-form pan. Pour in graham crumbs and sugar; mix together. Slowly add melted butter until mixture just holds together. Press evenly onto bottom of pan and up the sides as far as you can.

In large bowl cream together filling ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 300° and bake for 40 minutes more. Shut off oven and let cake cool in oven for 1 hour.
