Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- Ricotta - 1 lb
- frozen strawberries
How to make cheesecake:
Topping:16 oz. frozen strawberries2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch Mix cream cheese and Ricotta together. Gradually add in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add other dry ingredients. Add vanilla and melted butter. Fold in sour cream. Pour in ungreased (10 ounce) spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour on middle rack of oven, then shut off oven, but do not open oven door for an additional two more hours.Thaw strawberries in colander, save juice and add 2 to 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Stir and heat on stove; stir until glossy. Add strawberries and pour on top of cake.
