Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk
• oil - 2 Tbsp
• large eggs - 3 item
• lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
• yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
• softened cream cheese - 2 (8

How to make cheese cake:

In large bowl, mix cake mix, reserving 1 cup for filling, oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Pat mixture up 3/4 of sides and bottom of pan.

In same bowl, add eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute on medium speed until blended. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour onto crust. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 300° until center is firm. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
