Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- heavy cream - 1/2 pt
- unsweetened Zwieback, crushed - 1 pkg
- yolks of 5 eggs
How to make cheese cake:
Filling:1 1/2 lb. cream cheese1 c. sugar1/2 pt. heavy cream juice of 1 1/2 lemons (1 1/2 Tbsp.) yolks of 5 eggs1 Tbsp. flour Cover bottom and sides of spring-form with Zwieback mixture. Leave out 1/4 cup for top.Mix cream cheese, sugar, cream, lemon, egg yolks and flour. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Zwieback mix on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 250°. Leave in oven for 1 hour after turning off heat.
