Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1/2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- chives - 1 Tbsp
- minced onions - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper optional - 1 item
- walnuts or pecans - 1 item
- well drained crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- cream cheese Philadelphia - 12 oz
- soft Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz
How to make cheese balls:
Mix cheese until blended and smooth. Add all but last 3 ingredients and mix. Refrigerate until chilled. Roll into a ball and roll in nuts, paprika and parsley. Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. Delicious.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
