Ingredients/Components

  • paprika - 1/2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • chives - 1 Tbsp
  • minced onions - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper optional - 1 item
  • walnuts or pecans - 1 item
  • well drained crushed pineapple - 1/2 c
  • Velveeta cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • cream cheese Philadelphia - 12 oz
  • soft Cheddar cheese, shredded - 8 oz

How to make cheese balls:

Mix cheese until blended and smooth. Add all but last 3 ingredients and mix. Refrigerate until chilled. Roll into a ball and roll in nuts, paprika and parsley. Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. Delicious.
