Swiss fondue
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- paprika to taste - 1 item
- Swiss cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- brandy flavoring
- dry cooking wine non-alcoholic - 1 c
- loaf French bread, cut into bite size, toasted - 1 item
How to make swiss fondue:
Prepare fondue in heavy saucepan. Add cooking wine and heat but don't boil. Add shredded cheese slowly, stirring constantly. Dissolve cornstarch in brandy flavoring and add to cheese mixture and stir. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Toast breadRecipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Swiss.
