Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- small can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
- McCormick seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped pecans to coat outside of ball - 3 c
How to make cheese ball:
Cream the cream cheese. Stir in 1 small can or crushed pineapple, well drained. Stir in chopped green pepper and add chopped onion. Mix in seasoned salt and add chopped pecans. Chill and form into ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans and chill at least 2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
