Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- tomato, seeded and chopped - 1 item
- finely chopped cauliflower - 1 c
- finely chopped broccoli - 1 c
- large tubes crescent rolls - 8 item
How to make vegetable bars:
Unroll crescent dough and spread on ungreased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cottage cheese and dressing. Spread on cooled dough. Spread vegetables on top. Chill overnight and cut in squares. Make a day ahead.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Broccoli.
