- sour cream - 16 oz
- hamburger - 2 3
- garlic optional - 1 item
- egg optional - 1 item
- bread crumbs optional - 1 item
- ketchup optional - 1 item
- to 7 beef bouillon cubes - 6 item
- Shape into balls and fry
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix hamburger with your choice of optional ingredients. Shape into balls and fry.Sauce:2 cans beef broth6 to 7 beef bouillon cubes16 oz. sour cream Add bouillon cubes to beef broth. Heat and thicken. Add sour cream. Mix with meatballs. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Put in crock-pot or chafing dish and serve. Makes about 100 small meatballs.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
