  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • toasted sesame seed - 1/4 c
  • celery - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Provolone cheese - 1/2 c
  • Blue cheese - 1 c

How to make cheese ball:

In large bowl heat Cheddar, Blue and cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika and garlic salt. Chill and shape into ball. Roll in sesame seed or chopped nuts. Wrap in protective paper and chill.
