Pineapple pecan cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- cream cheese 8 oz - 2 pkg
- chopped green onions or dried - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple pecan cheese ball:
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onions, salt and 1/2 cup nuts. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts. Serve with crackers. Makes 12 to 14 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Spreads.
