- Philadelphia cream cheese - 2 (8
- chipped dried beef - 1/4 lb
- dry sour cream mix - 1 pkg
- or 4 green onions and tops - 3 item
How to make cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix sour cream; mix as directed on package. Mix cream cheese and sour cream mixture thoroughly. Chop onions and add to mixture. Shred beef in and stir. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
