  • chopped pecans - 1/2 1
  • milk
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 4 oz
  • instant lemon pudding - 1 pkg
  • stick butter melted - 3/4 item

How to make lemon delight:

Layer 1: Mix flour with butter. Add 1/4 cup pecans and spread in bottom of pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 300° until light brown. Use 8 x 8-inch pan. Cool.

Layer 2: Mix 1/2 Cool Whip with cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on top of first layer. Sprinkle part of remaining pecans and coconut on top.

Layer 3: Mix pudding with milk. When thickened spread in pan. Spread remaining Cool Whip, coconut and pecans.
