Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • finely chopped pecans - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of ground red pepper - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Shape into ball and roll in nuts.
