  • pkg - 1 oz
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
  • Blue cheese salad dressing - 1/2 c

How to make cheese and spinach puffs:

In saucepan, cook spinach and onion according to spinach directions. Drain well, pressing out excess liquid. Combine eggs, cheese, salad dressing, margarine and garlic powder. Add spinach mixture and muffin mix; mix well. Cover and chill. Shape dough
