- milk - 2/3 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- light biscuit mix - 2 c
How to make cheddar garlic biscuits:
Combine biscuit mix, milk and cheese in a large bowl. Mix until a soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
