  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • nuts - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 3 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 3 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic - 1/4 Tbsp
  • dash of red pepper - 1 item
  • sharp cheese, grated - 10 oz

How to make cheddar cheese ball:

Soften cheeses. Mix with lemon juice, mayonnaise, nuts, garlic and red pepper in mixer. Make into a ball. Roll in mixture of chili powder and paprika.
