Cauliflower cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- cans cream of potato soup, undiluted - 2 3/4
- shredded Colby cheese - 1 c
- to 2 fresh or frozen cauliflower florets, cooked - 1 item
How to make cauliflower cheese soup:
In saucepan, heat first 4 ingredients until carrots are tender. Stir in soup, milk, corn and cauliflower. Heat through. Just before serving, stir in the cheese and pepper. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Potato, Cheese, Soups & stews.
