  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • shredded carrots - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of potato soup undiluted - 2 3/4
  • fresh or frozen cauliflower florets, cooked until tender - 1 2

How to make cauliflower cheese soup:

In a saucepan, heat first four ingredients until carrots are tender. Stir in soup, milk, corn and cauliflower. Heat through. Just before serving, stir in cheeses and pepper. Serve immediately.
