- Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
- chicken, fat removed - 5 lb
How to make catalina chicken:
Mix the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; simmer. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour sauce over. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350°. Turn chicken over halfway through. Leave uncovered. Salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
