Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 2 c
- or more crushed pineapple or nuts - 1/4 c
- Place in slightly greased pan
- pineapple and nuts - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Put all ingredients in one bowl; mix well. Place in slightly greased pan. Bake at 400° until cake springs back lightly. When cool, pour icing over cake.Icing:1 1/4 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. butter1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese pineapple and nutsRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
