Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- grated carrots
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
How to make carrot cake:
Combine eggs, sugar and oil; beat well. Combine dry ingredients. Add to sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in carrots, nuts, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
