  • flour - 3 c
  • sugar - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salad oil
  • vanilla
  • raw carrots, grated - 2 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • Beat eggs, salad oil and vanilla together
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make carrot cake:

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, salad oil and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients, then carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well and spread over cake.
