Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salad oil
- vanilla
- raw carrots, grated - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- Beat eggs, salad oil and vanilla together
- pkg - 1 oz
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs, salad oil and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients, then carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well and spread over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
